Refund & Cancellation Policy - Yes Group of Institute

1. ​Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees, course admission fees, and training charges paid to Yes Group of Institute are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once the admission is confirmed.
2. ​Admission Cancellation: Once a student completes the admission/registration process for any safety training course, the admission cannot be cancelled, refunded, or swapped with another candidate.
3. ​Batch/Course Adjustment: Fees paid for a specific course or batch cannot be adjusted against any future courses or other services.
4. ​Queries & Support: For any doubts regarding registration or course details, candidates are advised to consult our management at our Chapra campus before making the final payment.
